Minor allegedly raped, accused escapes 7/28/2015 12:35:08 AM Early Times Report Jammu, July 27: A minor was allegedly raped by a youth in Akhnoor area who is evading his arrest till last report came in. Quoting complainant, police sources stated that a youth identified Shubham Kumar of Sungal went to Bandral village where he lured a 15 year-old girl and took her to isolated place where he raped her. Police further said that victim stated that the accused escaped from the spot leaving behind her. Police said that the victim narrated the story to her relatives and later the family members reported the matter to police. Police accordingly registered a case under FIR 133/15 against the youth and also got the medical examination of the victim conducted.
