Congress Seva Dal asks workers to strengthen secular fabric 8/23/2015 11:59:54 PM Early Times Report Doda, Aug 23: Congress Seva Dal chief Surinder Singh Manhas today asked its workers to counter RSS Ideology and strengthen the secular fabric across district. According to press release, he advised them to chalk out a strategy to counter the RSS,s miss- leading propaganda against the Congress party. He said a true and real ideology of the Indian National Congress Gandhi Cap clad members of Seva Dal have become a rarity in Jammu and Kashmir State the party has realized that it needs to make vibrant the Seva Dal in order to reconnect with voters in the gross roots who have moved to the BJP and PDP and has over whelming voted for saffron party in last elections. He called upon all the members of the Seva Dal to work sincerely so that the PDP and BJP Government can be defeated, criticizing the government for its all round failure, has failed to implement even one of its election promises.
