Kishtwar, Aug 23: Patwar Association District Kishtwar under the presidentship of Nisar Ahmed Butt to organised a farewell party in the honour of SDM Chatroo Kartar Singh (KAS) who has been recently transferred to Sundarbani Rajouri while Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohammad Hanief Malik was the guest of honor. On this occasion Patwari Abid Mughal, Mubashar Rasool, Naib Tehsildar Javed Khanday and President Patwar Association Kishtwar Nisar Ahmed Butt spoke about the working of out going SDM Chhatroo and said that he was a man of principals and is a very kind to common people n sub ordinates. They said that they learned lot during nearly two year tenure of Mr. Singh and hope that even after assuming charge at new place of posting, outgoing SDM Chatroo will continue to guide them. Chief guest ADC Kishtwar Mohammad Hanif Malik also praised the about the working capacity out going SDM Chatroo and hail his contribution during successful conduct of last year parliament and State Assembly elections. He along with others including Tehsildar Mohsin Ahanger (KAS) and incharge Tehsildar Chatroo Irshad Ahmed extended its best wishes to outgoing SDM Chatroo for his successful carrier ahead. |
