Absconder held after 3 years 8/24/2015 12:12:20 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 23: Nagrota police today arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for last three years in a theft case. The arrested has been identified as Rishi Kumar of Bakshi Nagar. Police spokesman said that team led by SI Deepak Katoch under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Bharat Bhushan Sharma and In-charge SSP Rajiv Pandey raided a place and arrested Rishi Kumar. Police said that he was wanted in a case under FIR no. 219/2001 under sections 454 and 380 of RPC. Police said that he was absconding from the court for the past 3 years.
