Agriculture casual labourers continue dharna 10/9/2015 12:04:53 AM Early Times Reports Jammu, Oct 8: Agriculture Casual Labour Union continued their protest dharna for fifteenth day today in which hundreds of casual labourers participated. While addressing the dharna, the President of the Union said that the Committee framed by the Government is not acceptable and hence the protest shall continue till the policy for regularization of casual labour is framed befitting the interests of the casual labourers for meeting their demands. The leader of the Union expressed great resentment over the delaying tactics of the State Govt to fulfil their demands. The Union President lamented that complete record of 251 casual labourers stands sent to the Govt and is licking dust in the Administrative Department since long time but till date nothing has been done.
