The NC leaders said this while addressing the protesters from Padder who had blocked the road outside DC Office Kishtwar over the failure of the administration in distribution of the solar lights to the people of Padder sanctioned two years ago by the then NC MLA Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo (now MLC) out of his CDF. The protesters alleged that DC Kishtwar on the directions of MLA Kishtwar Sunil Sharma has stopped the distribution of these Solar Lights added that they are being harassed on the name of verification which according to agitating people has been done several time in past.
