Miscreants intercept youth allegedly snatch chain, cash 8/26/2016 11:23:23 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 26: A group of miscreants allegedly intercepted a youth who was riding on a scooty and managed to escape after snatching a gold chain, Rs 3000 cash and key of the scooty at Bakshi Nagar area. Police sources said that a youth identified as Raman Bhagat of Palloura reported to police that he was going to his home and at Bakshi Nagar he was intercepted by a group of six youth and thrashed him. Police sources further said that the miscreants allegedly managed to escape after snatching gold chain Rs 3000 cash and keys of his scooty. The victim also identified one of the accused as Shubham.
