Saiqa Wanchoo to receive posthumous award for best teacher 9/3/2016 10:38:45 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 3: Teachers Day on September 5 will hold an additional meaning and charm for the distraught family of Wanchoos in Kashmir.It is so because Mehbooba Wanchoo's daughter, Saiqa Wanchoo,. a 40-year petite girl,whose recent death is shrouded in mystery has been listed as one among many who weill be give President's award for best teacher on Teachers' Day. Saiqa was a brilliant tacher and an administrator.She had love foteaching and thereby loved all the kids she used to teach. Mark her youngest sister,Kahkkashan Wanchoo has to say." Shall I be happy or cry out loud If Saiqa would have been alive this day and r ecdeive the honour by the President of India.It would have meant something else Love You Saiqa di this award defines your work,dedication and the kind of person you were.
