Defunct water cooler adding to woes of students 10/24/2016 11:36:12 PM Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report Poonch, Oct 24: A water cooler is required to be installed in the premises of Government Hr Sec School Boys Poonch. This genuine demanded of the students was fulfilled by installing a water cooler in the school premises. This was installed by the school authorities after obtaining CDF from Shahnaz Ganai, MLC who was pleased to release the funds out of her C.D.F for fulfilling the years long demand of students. But presently the water cooler is in defunct condition. The principal of the school is running away from his responsibility to take up the repair of the water cooler. The students of the school has go out of the school premises to drink water and the school authority is negligent on the issue. Meanwhile some students said that a complaint in this regard has been given to principal for early check and repair of the cooler month back but no action has been taken in this regard so far. All efforts to reach out to the principal turned futile as the principal did not attend the call with reason better known to him.
