Batwals India expresses grief over demise of Bainti Devi 2/13/2018 10:03:18 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 13: Members of The Batwals India at their meeting expressed grief over the demise of Bainti Devi who died of cardiac arrest in Govt Medical College, Jammu. She was 70. Terming the deceased as a thorough and humbled lady, the Association General Secretary R.L.Kaith said her departure has saddened "us all".
