Jammu, Feb 13: Senior OBC leader of the Pradesh Congress Committee, Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra condemned the bill passed by Legislative Assembly in which 6% Reservation was granted to unreserved categories and 3% Reservation to Pahari speaking people.
Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra said, this is against constitution of India when there is already reservation to unreserved categories under BPL and APPL, so a new 6% reservation should never be implemented which is the right of OBC people under Mandal Commission Report 1992, and also as per the order of the Supreme Court. |
