| Bank employees held meeting for welfare of workman staff | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 13: A high level meeting was presided by Cahand ji Khair (General Secretary) and President Haji Farooq Ahmad Bhat of All India Jammu and Kashmir Bank Employees Federation in which various issues were discussed for the welfare of workman staff in which a chart of demand which was earlier submitted, and is yet awaited.
Now it is good luck for the employees that our chairman who is looking towards for the measures of welfare of the employees and recently a circular was circulated regarding to carry promotion program in which only manager from scale-I to scale IV was taken into consideration.
The chairman is well versed with the present scenario of times and is concerned about the welfare of employees so that the workman staff of all cadre will not get demoralized as we have been assured that an positive approach will be extended to all the members of the organization. This J&K Band Employees federation is standing neck and call for the welfare and progress of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
All India Jammu And Kashmir Bank Employees Federation humbly request the all other comrades to kindly cooperate in resolving the tong pending demands/issues of the employees especially In work man staff, as there is the hope where in the kind and employee welfare chairman is taking keen interest to rescue the employees from the present stress of times and other policies.
Point raised by Vijay Kumar Sharma regarding the Asstt. Banking associate for their long pending demand is also being under consideration and the care of their pay grade will be justified accordingly. |
