| HC directs CEO Poonch to conclude selection process of ReT | | |

JAMMU, Feb 26: A single Bench of Jammu and Kashmir High Court has directed the Chief Education Officer Poonch to take decision regarding conclusion of process of selection pursuant to the advertisement notice dated 26.09.2013 by a speaking order within a period of one month.
The petitioner, Robina Anjum inter alia seeks a direction to the Education Department to issue engagement order of the petitioner as Rehber-E-Taleem in GPS Mohalla Sheikhan Village Janayar Zone Nagali in pursuance of advertisement notice No. CEOP/RET/1459-62 dated 26.09.2013.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the aforesaid advertisement notice dated 26.09.2013, the petitioner has already been recommended for appointment on the post in question. However, the order of appointment is not been issued in favour of the petitioner. On the other hand, learned Additional Advocate General submits that suitable action in accordance with law shall be taken.
Justice Alok Aadhe directed that Chief Education Officer, Poonch shall take a decision with regard to conclusion of the process of selection pursuant to the advertisement notice dated 26.09.2013 by a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of passing of the order and shall also bear in mind the recommendation made by the Zonal Education Officer, Nangali. |
