Udhampur, Feb 27: Village Satrari in district Udhampur sans proper transport facility causing great inconvenience to the villagers. The locals said thousands of people were awaiting proper road connectivity and transport facility for long.
According to them, some autos and matadors are seen plying across the village at times but that has not helped the villagers in any way. They further said that the people have to walk as many as seven kilometers to catch a vehicle.
The villagers have taken up the matter with the concerned repeatedly but nothing has been done till date. ARTO. Kuldeep Singh has promised to take up the matter with the higher authoirities. He has also promised to take action against transports reluctant to ply to the village as per time table. |
