Jammu, Feb 26: S. Manmeet Singh re- elected President and S.Harjit Singh General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir State Kho- Kho association . In this regard, the election was held on 24.2.2018 in which all the members from different district associations/clubs of Jammu and Kashmir state , who were registered with J and K state Kho Kho association, participated. Before the election former President Manmeet Singh and General Secretary Harjit Singh submitted their resignation which was accepted by the house. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta nominated the name of S. Manmeet Singh for the Post of President and M.S.Bawa proposed the name S. Harjit Singh for the post of General Secretary which was unanimously approved by the House with one voice. Further house authorised the newly elected President/ General Secretary to constitute the body for the period 2018-22. Viresh Yadav from Kho Kho federation of India, Rahil Gupta and Ravi Singh from Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council and Vikas Gupta Jammu and Kashmir olympic association were also present as observers.
