Jammu, Feb 26: District Revenue BAR Association, Jammu along with members of BAR association ,staged strong protest against the Administration under the presidentship of adv Ashok Gupta and general secretary adv Varun Kotwal .President BAR Association, said that since long, demands for providing basic facilities like Parking for vehicles of Advocates, law library , Advocates chambers and good sitting facilities etc are pending, time and again ,District administration and even Divisional administration were informed and they previously assured BAR , Association that these demands ,would soon be fulfilled but no progress till now is made on any of these matters.
General Secretary BAR Association , Varun Kotwal Adv ,strongly demanded the redressal of their demands, due to which ultimately common litigant and system of law and order suffers. Further he said that if these demands of BAR Associations, are not fulfilled immediately then ,in next meeting of Association future course of action of agitation will be decided.
