| Udhampur police arrest six absconders | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Mar 1: In order to facilitate speedy disposal of cases pending for want of accused persons who were absconding since long, directions were passed on to all the subordinate units to constitute special teams and arrest all the six absconders and produce them before the court of law for immediate disposal of pending cases in the interest of speedy justice to the aggrieved victims. Accordingly, based on a reliable information, a police party of police station Ramnagar led by SI Sanjay Raina SHO Ramnagar under the supervision of Jagdev Singh Slathia , SDPO Ramnagar arrested absconders namely Kalia, Hussain, involved in case FIR No. 62/2015 u/s 363/376 RPC and 59/15 U/S 451/336/323/147 RPC. Saraju, Kashu and Reham involved in case FIR No. 62/2015 u/s 363/376 RPC whose warrants U/S 512 CRPC were issued by JMIC Court Ramnagar. The accused persons were absconding since 2015. |
