Jammu, Mar 1: The selections of Specific Subject Teacher (Urdu) have come under scanner as some of the selected candidates have marks ranging from 95-99 in Graduation, Post Graduation and entrance written test conducted by RMSA. Except entrance securing such marks in language subject is very rear near to impossible.
Aspirants pleading anonymity informed Early Times that as per RMSA order no. Edu/SPD/RMSA/Adm/11906-12000/18 dated:09-02-2018 fixed criteria for selection of Specific Subject Teacher of various subject in which mentioned that 70 percent of entrance written test conducted, 20 percent of graduation (relevant subject) and 10 percent of Post Graduation (relevant subject) but interesting when the RMSA had released selection list in which one of the candidate belongs from Anantnag district namely Mazamil Massan S/o GM Hassan Dar have got 99.751 marks out of 100, followed by Towseef Ahmad Dar got 96, Fayaz Ahmad lone got 94 and another seven candidates of same district have score more than 90 percent marks.
The candidates who have got more than 95 marks in language subject (Urdu) one belongs from Poonch district and six candidates from Budgam district namely Bebi Saltanat, Raqaya Ali, Firdous Ahmed Tilwari, Zarina Bano, Afroza Akhter, Fayaz Ahmad Dar, Waheeda Kabir.
In district Budgam four candidates namely Bilal Ahmed Mir, Tanveer Gul, Mehmooda Akhter and Bilal Ahmad, Irfan Rasheed Dar of district Bandipore. Zahida Majid, Tabasom Ahmed of district Ganderbal, seven candidates from Kupwara district including Shabir Nabi Banday, Sharyasta Habib, Shaheena Praveen, Sharzad Sultan Bhat, Tanseer Ahmead Lone, Aaqib Maqbool Malla,Nasir Rashid Shah, Four candidates belongs from Pulwama district including Ulfat Jan, Meraj Ud Din Shiekh, Gousun Nisah, Bashir Ahmed and one candidate each from district Rajouri and Shopian district namely Nazir Ahmad Kumar and Hassan Iqbal got more than 90 marks in final selection list issued by RMSA.
Criticizing RMSA the aspirants further said that it means the above candidates have been given 100 percent marks in Academic merit i.e. (30 out of 30 marks) which is impossible because till date nobody can have 100 percent marks in academics such like Graduation and Post Graduation.
Moreover, the RMSA's official had issued an order in which they mentioned that if anyone wants photocopy of OMR answer sheet. He/she applied within ten days from the date of issuance of result notification with the provision of RTI Act by depositing demand draft of Rs. 500 in the name of J&K RMSA state coordinator even which actual cost through this act in other government department is two rupees.
