BMO conducts surprise visits of PHC Jamola

Jammu, March 5: After resuming the charge of Block Medical Officer, Kandi and to ensure work culture and put a curb upon the unauthorized absence of staff in the health centres of Block Kandi, Dr Iqbal Malik conducted surprise visit at Primary Health Centre Jamola and found nine employees absent out of 15 employees.
He called explanation and charge-sheeted for unauthorisedly absent from their duty and their salary was stopped for dereliction of duty.
The employees have been identified as Dr Amir Medical Officer and Chanchal Kumari CHO, Mohd Sharief Pharmacist I.S.M, Vandana FMPHW, Mohd Hafiz BHW, Mohd Azam, Mohd Amin and Mohd Zamam nursing orderly
BMO Kandi disclosed that as per directions from the top, the inspections in all the Health Institutes of the block have been intensified. He directed the staff members to follow punctuality, dress code and to provide better health facilities to people especially to senior citizens, Children and pregnant mothers and warned the defaulters of stringent action.
