Early Times Report Rajouri, Mar 5: Immediately after taking the reign of Kandi Health Block, Dr Iqbal Malik, BMO in order to ensure work culture in the health centre , today paid surprise visit to Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Jamola and found nine officials including medical officer (MO) absent. "All the nine employees have been charge-sheeted and explanation has been sought for their unauthorised absence from duties.Their salaries were also stopped for dereliction of duty" said Dr Iqbal Malik. The erring employees have been identifying as Dr, Amir, Medical Officer (MO) ; Chanchal Kumari ,CHO; Mohd Sharief, Pharmacist, I.S.M; Vandana, FMPHW; Mohd Hafiz, BHW ; Mohd Azam, Mohd Amin and Mohd Zamam all nursing orderlies (NOs) Dr Iqbal Malik further said that as per directions from the higher authorities, the inspections in all the Health Institutions of the block will be intensified. He directed the staff members to follow punctuality, dress code and to provide better health facilities to people especially to senior citizens, Children and pregnant mothers and warned the defaulters of stringent action. |
