| JK AAP holds meet, discusses political issues | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 5: The J&K Aam Aadmi Party held a party workers meeting here at party head quarter Chhani Himmat Jammu, and discussed various political issues prevailing in the state particularly growing resentment amongst working class of people resorting to agitation path pressing for remedial course give vent to their grievances.
The release said that a great resentment is simmering in the rank & file of NHM employees as government is sleeping over the promises made to them in view of their around two months long strike. Similarly expressing sympathy with the agitating Aanganwari employees, the AAP,J&K handout issued here said that it has been a very wrong practice adopted by successive governments that with a view to appease the selective adjustments in government job keeping an eye on vote bank, engagements are made in various departments without concrete planning & policy and when it comes to regularization or enhancement of remuneration, various arguments & pretexts are put forth to enhance the miseries of the concerned. The AAP urged upon the government to look deep into the matter and settle the issue of Aanganwadi workers on Delhi pattern where Aanganwadi helpers are paid @ Rs 6000 & Aanganwadi Workers @ Rs 10,000 PM , in view of sky rocketing prices. Similarly the government is also urged upon to solve the problems of NHM employees as per agreement reached with the union leaders. |
