IAC hails petition Committee's recommendation against Dr Kabir Dar 3/6/2018 11:23:41 PM Jammu, Mar 6: Jammu and Kashmir chapter of all India Ayurvedic Congress has expressed its gratitude and hailed the recommendations made by Petition committee of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly against Dr Abdul Kabir Dar technical secretary holding the additional charge of Director ISM. There has been lot of resentment and anguish among ISM professionals of the state against administrative mismanagement and nepotism at various levels by present incumbent.
