Jammu, Mar 31: Director General of Police (DGP) today ordered transfer and posting of 74 Inspectors while detachment of 5 Inspectors from different Wings of Police to Armed Zone and repatriation of one Inspector.

In addition to above, five Inspectors of Armed Police have been detached to their parent Zone from the places they were attached. As per order, Inspector Sumesh Padda has been detached from Security, Inspector Ranbeer Singh has been detached from Security, Inspector Anoop Singh has been detached from Security, Inspector Vivek Bassan has been detached from SSG and Inspector Surinder Paul Singh has been detached from 4th Security. Meanwhile, Inspector Daljeet Singh who was earlier transferred from Armed Zone to Security has been repatriated to Jammu Zone and further transferred to PTTI Vijaypur, Inspector Gurpreet Singh is transferred from PTTI Vijaypur to Security instead of Jammu Zone as ordered earlier.
