In a joint operation Jammu and Kashmir Police and Army on Wednesday night rescued as many as 300 passengers, including fifteen women, stranded due to heavy snowfall on Mughal road in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, said a police official.
He said that 300 passengers were stranded at Peer Ki Gali on the highway after sudden snowfall.
