Jammu, Apr 26: Mukesh Gupta, a photojournalist, presented a coffee table book "The Rustic Ladakh, Kashmir & Jammu" to Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti, at Chief minister residence today.
Lauding Gupta's work on book, Mehbooba said the book would go a long way in opening new vistas to the tourists from the world over and attract them to visit different destinations in the state. She further added that new milestones were being added to attract the visitors in and outside the state and prolong their stay at different destinations.
Gupta has captured the essence of Jammu and Kashmir state from tourism promotion point of view. The book contains beautiful and unique pictures that were compatible with international standard and matched with interesting text. It is worth mentioning here, Mukesh Gupta has worked for many national papers, he is regularly contributing for international agencies. |
