JAMMU, Apr 26: OBC leader of the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), Suresh Kumar Dogra called on Chairman OBC Department All India Congress Committee (AICC) Tamradhwaj Sahu and presented a memorandum pointing out the problems of the OBC population of J&K.
Suresh Kumar Dogra highlighted the problems being faced by the OBCs in J&K which include implementation of Mandal Commission report (27% reservation), income slab enhancement, chairman of OBC commission should be from OBC community, One member from OBC community should be in SSB and PSC and various other problems. Later, a Meeting of all OBC leaders belonging to different states of the country was also held at AICC headquarters New Delhi. |
