Jammu, Apr 26: A meeting of J& K State Govt. Employees Joint Action Committee (K) held today under the chairmanship of S. Balwinder Singh, Provincial President While addressing the meeting Balwinder Singh, Provincial President strongly criticized the State Government for not implementation of 7th Pay Commission in favour PSU employees as well as Removal of Pay anomaly of clerical cadre and others. The State Government has failed to fulfill its commitment made with leadership of clerical cadre. There is great resentment among the clerical cadre regarding their long pending demand of removal of pay anomaly. In addition to this, the SRO 520 issued for regularsation daily rated workers has not-been implemented till date. SRO 202 has not been revoked till date. Aganwari workers and Helpers are on protest for more than 54 days for their genuine demands which have not been fulfilled till date. Medical allowance in favour of all State Govt, employees from existing rate of RS. 300/- to Rs. 3000/- is also pending since long. The Employees Joint Action Committee (K) fully supports the ongoing strike of clerical cadre and will join struggle if anomaly of clerical cadre not removed immediately as well others issues were not solved. He appealed Hon'ble Chief Minister /to intervene in the matter so that the demands of clerical cadre be solved /conceded without any confrontation and further delay. . Dharminder Singh, Ravinder Singh (Planning), Amrik Singh S a sail, Abdul Aziz, Surjit Singh, Anil Singh Salathia, Narinder Singh, Balbir Rahi, Romesh Singh Bhau, Amrik Singh Chib, Jatinder Singh, Ravinder Singh (Rozy), Rajesh Mehta, Ji. S. Pinka, Avtar Krishan, and others were also present in the meeting. |
