Jammu, Apr 26: Inter School District Level Tournament for Boys in the sports discipline of Kick Boxing, Boxing, Wushu, Slumbum, thang-tha, Squay Martial Art and Taekwondo for the year 2018-19 of District Jammu concluded today here at Indoor Complex M.A stadium Jammu.
In all 253 Boys were drawn across from 14 Zones of Jammu District took part in the competitions. The competitions were earlier organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad, Director General, Youth Services and Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services and Sports Jammu. While Chanchal Kour, DYSSO Jammu was the organising Secretary of the said tournament. While addressing on concluding ceremony, in presence of all the ZPEO's, concerned officials of Jammu District, Smt. Chanchal Kour DYSSO Jammu congratulated the winners and runners and advised them to remain in touch with the game till the next level of competitions shall start in the next month of this year. |
