Conditional cease fire paves way for militant groups to reunite: ABVP | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 16: Criticizing central government for its decision to implement cease fire in the month of Ramzan, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) citing that this was not only break the morale of the Army as well as it will break the momentum of the 'Operation All Out' which was carried out so nicely so far. In a press statement issued here today, Deepak Gupta State Secretary, ABVP, criticized the decision taken by the central government on the request of the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti The statement further said that the ABVP believes that the militant groups have no religion and the role of Army in Kashmir is not to trouble the local Muslims rather to hit the militants who are disturbing peace in the valley. ABVP demands that the army must be given free hand so that they can function for establishing peace in the valley. Such type of religious touch to the working and functioning of Army is not acceptable and this might give an edge to the militant groups to reunite their lost partners and attack with more energy. |
