| Principal booked for beating girl student | | |

Udhampur, May 16:Taking cognizance of the ET report highlighting brutality of the principal of a private school who beat her blue and black for remaining absent for a couple of days, Rehamble police registered a case against relavant sections of law and got the victim medically examined to establish charges leveled by victim's father.
As reported by ET, 14 year old girl Student of New Model Academy in Magoate area of Rehamble of District Udhampu was brutally beaten by the principal of the school.
While Talking to ET, Additional Superintending of Police Udhampur Faisal Qureshi said, "based on a report which was submitted by Jia Lal, father of Neha Devi stating that the Principal beat his daughter, we got the conducted Medical Examination of the Girl and under appropriate sections of Law and also wrote to Chief Education officer udhampur for the Departmental action against the erring principal". |
