| KPS felicitates merit holders of Class 12th | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 16: A gala function was organized by Kashmiri Pandit Sabha, Ambphalla, Jammu to felicitate the meritorious students of Class 12th 2017-18 of the community today. The function was presided by Kashmiri Pandit Sabha President K. K. Khosa and Sat Pal Sharma, Minister for Housing and Urban Development as Chief Guest. The function started with a welcome address by Kashmiri Pandit Sabha General Secretary S. L. Bagati. While welcoming the Chief Guest he said that the community will be benefitted by the presence Minister in the Cabnit as he is well versed with the various problems being faced by the community. Later K. K. Khosa highlighted the major problems of displaced / needing attention of the Government. He said that government is blind to the problems of displaced, Jagti in mates, non camp displaced and other weaker sections. He appealed to Minister to use his influence for covering displaced hamlets especially Jagti and other refugee camps for better urban facilities. Khosa also reminded Sharma about the promise for providing funds under CDF for library in Sabha Campus. He also lauded the hard work done by meritorious students of the community and wished them all the best. |
