JAMMU, July 7: The Integrated Counselling and Testing centre, a diagnostic laboratory for HIV/AIDS has been formally accredited by National accreditation Board for Testing and calibration of Laboratories (NABL), an agency for certification of the Testing done in the laboratories, nationwide.
This ICTC at GMC, Jammu is being technically run by the department of Microbiology, with its head Dr. Bella Mahajan as the Director of the lab. The working is supported by the JKSACS (NACO) and the authorities of GMC, Jammu.
The Director gave full credit for the achievements to the faculty and Technical staff of the facility (ICTC) adding they had been working hard for this achievements under dynamic leadership of Principal & Dean, Government Medical College, Jammu Dr. Sunanda Raina. |
