JAMMU, July 21: Inter School District Level Competitions of District Jammu in the Sports discipline of Karate, Table Tennis and Choi Kwando 19 yrs Boys concluded at MA Stadium, Indoor Complex, and Stephen Public School Miran Sahib. In all 130 Boys drawn across from 14 Zones Jammu District were taking part in the Competitions.
The competitions are being organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad Director General, Youth Services and Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services and Sports Jammu. While Chanchal Kour, DYSSO Jammu was the organising Secretary of the tournament.
The main objective of the tournament was to select the teams of District Jammu for the next level of competitions.
Final Result Choi Kwang Do U/19 (Boys) at Stephen Public School Miran Sahib, underweight category 42-45 Kg were Mayank Mahajan of APS Ratnu Chak bagged 1st position and Pankaj Sharma of APS Ratnu Chak 2nd. |
