KATRA, July 25: Viraj Kala Kendra, Gandhi Nagar Jammu in association with Board of Cultural Activities (BCA), hosted a play named "Chor Chor Mosere Bhai" at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University on Monday.
As per press statement issued here, it was based on the theme that there should not be any short cut method to earn money, especially by fraud or treachery. We should always work hard and sincerely to earn our livelihood. It also taught us that one must not deviate from the path of truthfulness.
The play belonged to comedy genre and was written and directed by Rajneesh Gupta. The language of the play was Hindustani and the duration was one hour and fifteen minutes. Students, Faculty and Staff along with their family members attended the play. The enthralling performance of actors, spell bounded the audience with moments of laughter and applause.
The play culminated with a vote of thanks by Prof. Rita Jitendra from Viraj Kala Kendra to the audience and SMVD University. The event was coordinated by Sumanta S. Sharma, President BCA who was ably supported by Dr. Anil K. Tewari, Head, School of Philosophy and Culture and Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Vice President BCA.
