jammu, July 25: Ashok Kumar Khajuria, State Spokesperson BJP today distributed LPG cylinders with connection among the BPL and SC category people under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojna (PMUY) at Shergarh in Gandhinagar constituency.
The function was organized by the social activists of the area Om Parkash and Rampaul. Pt. Khajuria highlighted the public welfare schemes announced by the Prime Minister Narinder Modi for people of the country. He urged upon the public to in general to take maximum benifit of such schemes to uplift their living standard and educate their future generation.
He said that distribution of LPG connection is aimed to empower women folk under Ujwala Yojana. He said many welfare schemes announced by PM Modi is committed under a nationwide programme "Sab Ka Sath Sab Ka Vikas".
Prominent among those who were present include Sarpanch Vijay Sharma, Convener BJP Panchayat Raj Cell, Vikas Sharma, District Vice-President, Master Babu Ram, Shri Ram Dass, Suresh Sharma, district Convener Sharnarthi Cell, Rohit Sharma and others. |
