| Sunderbani road erodes within two months of construction | | |

Rajauri, Aug 2: A freshly constructed road in Nowshera area of Sunderbani here has broken apart within two months of the execution of the project.
Official sources said the concerned authorities spend around Rs 15 lakh on the construction of five kilometer long road between Makholmandal and Nahoti.
The aggrieved locals told Early Time that the concerned contractor didn't execute the work properly as he had allegedly bribed the concerned project executing agency.
"The road is full of potholes and thus we are unable to travel properly. The road construction has infact compounded our woes," the locals said.
The locals have appealed Governor NN Vohra to get the road repaired and to order a probe into the irregularities. |
