Director Family Welfare cancels attachments of FMPHW issued by CMO Kishtwar

Kishtwar, Augu 2: Taking strong note of attachments of Female Multi Purpose Health Workers (FMPHW) made by Chief Medical Officer Kishtwar in violation of rules and regulations, Director Family Welfare, MCH & Immunization, J&K has ordered cancellation of the same without any fail.
As per the details available with Early Times CMO Kishtwar vide order No. CMO/K/1197-1202 Dated 18-07-2018 in pursuance to the instructions passed by the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar ordered the placement of FMPHW Anita Devi from District Hospital Kishtwar to SC Pakalan and Shamima Akther from SC Pakalan to District Hospital Kishtwar citing the reason that public of Pakalan Thakrie has submitted the resolution in this behalf, however Director Dr. Samir Mattoo rescinded the order of the CMO Kishtwar in light of circular instructions issued by General Administrative Department J&K vide No. 22-GAD of 2018 Dated 6-07-2018.
Sources informed that the health department despite government directions has yet to detach the employees attached in the office of the CMO Kishtwar as well as in District Hospital Kishtwar and called upon the authorities to implement the detachments in letter & spirit.
