| Police seize 55 grams of heroin, 3 arrested | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, Aug 3: Police today seized 55 grams of heroin from a car during routine checking at Pratyal Labzoo Chak area falling under the jurisdiction of Police Post, Marheen in district Kathua.
According to police sources, on checking of a car bearing registration number CH03X-6183, three persons were found in illegal possession of the contraband.
The persons arrested after the seizure have been identified as Alam Din, son of Ghulam Qadir, Lal Hussain, son of Siraj Din, both residents of near Batra Hospital Sidhra, Jammu and Mohd Yousaf, son of, Lal Hussain of Samba. Police have registered a case against FIR no 187/18 u/s 8/21 of NDPS Act. Further investigation was going on. |
