KISHTWAR, Aug 3: In a tragic incident, three residential houses were gutted in remote Dachhan area of district Kishtwar during intervening night of August 2 and 3.
As per the details available with Early Times, the fire broke during late night in the house of a SPO identified by the sources as Madan Lal, son of Deena Nath of Kiyar Dachhan which in no time spread into the adjoining houses of Vinay Kumar, son of Kunj Lal and Bal Krishan, son of Duni Chand. As soon as the incident took place, the local villagers immediately swung into action along with the troops of 17 RR as well as police and launched the rescue operation.
After hectic efforts, the fire was brought under control. |
