POONCH, Aug 3: ACD Poonch office always remained in news for brazen acts of financial irregularities and latest in this case is open looting by two employees , who are openly indulging in acts of corruption.
A JSA, who was directed by his senior to attend various courses in Jammu never bothered to obey the order for fear of losing his daily income for few days.
Similarly, a clerk in the said office never does work of common man unless provided with commission, alleged locals.
People alleged that it seems that ACD Poonch is giving full shelter to these two employees.
Pertinent to mention here that ACD Office is already under watchful eyes of Vigilance, despite that officials from top to bottom are openly indulging in making fortunes through any means.
This ACD office remained in news for getting fake bills passed of hoardings, wall paintings, purchase of plants and similar items out of way.
Locals have appealed to Governor Jammu and Kashmir to take action against the real culprits who are sparing no moments in earning commission through any means. |
