This discriminatory decision on needs to reviewed by the Governor personally to extend this facility to all the pensioners, so that all pensioners could get sigh of relief from rising prices of all essential commodities. Pleading the cause of state Govt. employees and pensioners, Shastri also demanded the enhancement of medical allowance from rupees three hundred to rupees one thousand per month on the pattern of Central Govt. pensioners who are availing this monitory benefits for the last one year.
This decision is lingering on far the last decade for redressal. While appreciating the ongoing the process for regularization of daily rated workers initiated by the Governor Administration will continue to benefits these daily rated workers fall under SRO 520.
