| Rajbagh police arrested two rape accused, third absconding | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Aug 12: Rajbagh police today claimed to have arrested two rape accused while search for third accused is on.
Acting swiftly in the case police team of Police Station Rajbagh led by Inspector Devinder Singh-SHO Police Station Rajbagh arrested two accused within 48 hours of the incident.
They were identified as Kulvinder Kumaralias Nanku who was the main accused along with another co-accused namely Ganesh who were on run while search for the third accused is going on.
All three accused are resident of village Salalpur Marheen.
It is pertinent to mention here that the incident took place in Chabe Chak area of Rajbagh on 09-08-2018 and a case under FIR no 194/2018 under sections 376 and 323 of RPC has been registered in the regard and investigation is going on. |
