Jammu, Aug 25: Inter School Zonal Level Tournament for U/19 yrs Girls in the sport discipline of Kabaddi, Volleyball and Kho Kho for the year 2018-19 District Jammu concluded today here at Guru Harkrishan Public School Nanak Nagar.
The competitions were organised by Department of Youth Services & Sports under the patronage of Madan Lal , Joint Director, Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Chanchal Kour District Youth Services & Sports Jammu.
While Anju Gupta and Smt. Poonam Kotwal ZPEO resptively, is the organising Secretary of the said tournament. The main objective of the competitions was to select the teams of Jammu District for the next level of competitions i.e Inter District, Division Level Competitions. U/19 yrs Girls Final, Carmel convent beats Govt. HSS Mandal by (17-10) pts, in Vollleyball U/19 yrs Girls Final, JK Public School Kunjwani beat GHSS Shastri Nagar by (2-0) sets. In Kho - Kho U/19 yrs Girls Final, Govt. HSS Shastri Nagar beat GHSS Satwari by (7-4) pts. |
