The Supreme Court on Monday adjourned a fresh plea seeking abrogation of Article 35-A following adjournment request by the petitioner.
The petition listed for hearing was dropped by the apex court after an adjournment letter was moved by the petitioner Ashwani Upadhyay.Upadhyay is a BJP leader and lawyer.
The main petitions challenging the legislation are likely to come up for hearing on August 31 |
