Hafiz Saeed building network of over-ground workers | | | Agencies New Delhi, Sept 11: Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) co-founder and 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed is building a network of over-ground workers (OGWs) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. According to an Intelligence report sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Saeed has entrusted Pakistan-based LeT commander Saifullah Sajid Jutt with the responsibility of building an OGW network by offering money to families of terrorists. The families in turn have been instructed to brainwash Kashmiri youths. The report also reveals that Hizb-ul-Mujahideen chief Sayeed Salahudeen has instructed one of his commanders to recruit members in Kishtwar and Doda districts. New recruits will be trained in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. According to Major General (retired) and security expert PK Sehgal, terror groups are jittery following the success of Operation All Out. "Terrorists have been restricted to only four districts of the valley. Any kind of recruitment drive of terror outfits will fail due to the strong human-to-human intelligence network of security forces," he said. |
