jammu, Sept 22: As a part of intensified drive against the criminals under the directions of Dr. Koshal Sharma-SSP Samba, District Police Samba today arrested an absconder from Sarore area who was evading his arrest since long after the commission of crime.
Police spokesman said that after developing specific information, a Police Party of Bari Brahmana police station was constituted on the directions of SSP Samba, headed by Inspector Ravinder Singh Rakwal-SHO Bari Brahmana and under the direct supervision of Sunil Kumar Kesar-SDPO Bari Brahmana.
The team conducted raids at different suspicious places in and out of the District Samba and finally succeeded in apprehending the absconder from the Sarore, Bari Brahmana. The accused person identified as Maskeen Ali (33) of Sarore Adda Gujjar Basti, Bari Brahmana was wanted in a case under FIR NO. 27/2016 under sections 307, 323, 332, 336, 353, 147, 148, 149, 436 of RPC and 4/25 of Arms Act registered at Bari Brahmana police station. |
