Shiksha Niketan conducts debate on 'Uses & abuse of mobile phones'

JAMMU, Sept 22: In order to compliment the co-curriculur activities and groom the 'inherent talent' of the students, Shiksha Niketan conducts a number of activities from time to time.
Education and competitions are very closely related to develop the educational skills as well as to enhance the mental ability among the students. A debate competition on topic "uses and abuses of mobile phones" for class 2nd students was held on 19th of September, 2018. Two students from each section were selected for this competition. This competition was organised and conducted under the able guidance of experienced and skillful teachers which was reflected during the course of the competition. Every student presented their views about uses and abuse of mobile phones. They spoke well. Both their communication skill and pronunciation were good. During the competition,
The principal of the school Rameshwar Mengi witnessed the competition along with the incharge of the school Nirmal sharma congratulated the students for their active participation and stressed the need to organise such activities. The first, second and third position was bagged by Ojasvi rajput of class 2nd D, Palak babouruia ofclass 2nd G, and Anshika mahajan.
