Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 24: Claiming that BJP was drawing a flak during its campaign for ULB polls, Mr. Harsh Dev Singh JKNPP Chairman and Former Minister said that people had refused to fall a prey to the politics of deception and subterfuge. The people of Dogra land had seen the real face of BJP behind their deceptive facades and were eagerly awaiting for the scheduled poll dates so that they could avenge their betrayal, said Singh. He was speaking in public meetings after filing nomination papers of party candidates Krishma Rajput, K.K Sharma, Sunny Sehgal and Bachan Dass for Wards No. 4, 7, 10 and 32 respectively. Harsh Dev Singh regretted that "the two diametrically opposed political parties, BJP and PDP, with their inchoate paradoxes, had joined hands after elections with the sole objective of sharing the fruits of power by dis-regarding the public sentiment. And they were the parties that had vowed to demolish each other. But joining hands after elections they had antagonized their respective electorates leading to massive resentment and public outrage in both the regions which finally became the reason for inevitable fall". |
