| Absconder held after 13 years in Samba | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 27: As a part of intensified drive against the criminals under the directions of Dr. Koshal Sharma-SSP Samba, District Police Samba arrested an absconder from Surinser, Bari Brahmana who was evading his arrest for last 13 years.
Police spokesman said that today a police party of Bari Brahmana police station headed by Inspector Ravinder Singh Rakwal-SHO Bari Brahmana and under the direct supervision of Sunil Kesar-SDPO Bari Brahmana effected the arrest of absconder namely Mohd Sadiq of Utter Behani, Bari Brahmana.
Police spokesman further said that Sadiq was wanted in case under FIR No. 99/2005 under section 188 of RPC and 3/6 PCA Act of Bari Brahmana police station.
Accordingly, the said absconder who was evading his arrest for the last thirteen years after commission of crime, produced in the court of law and thus the arrest warrant issued against him under Section 512 CrPC got executed |
