| Inter-District Divisional Level Competition held | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 27: Inter District Divisional Level Competition in the Sports discipline of Cricket under age group of 17 yrs Boys and Girls got underway yesterday at Govt. Boys High School Jammu Cantt. And Heritage School, Jammu.
About 150 participants of Districts of Jammu Division are taking part in the Competition. The competitions are being organized by Department of Youth Services and Sports under the patronage of Dr. Saleem-Ul-Rehman, Director General, Youth Services and Sports J&K Srinagar and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services and Sports Jammu. While Chanchal Kour, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Jammu was the organising Secretary of the above said competitions.
At the time of beginning of the competition, all the conveners of the committees alongwith expert officials and team Managers escorted with teams of the department were present and witnessed the competition at the venues. The main objective of the competitions is to select the teams/player for the next level of competitions. |
